Ingredients
- Rolled oats 1/2 cup (40g)
- Water or milk 1 cup
- Vanilla whey protein 1 scoop (30g)
- Greek yogurt 1/4 cup
- Banana 1/2 medium
- Peanut butter 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Steps
- 1 Cook oats with water or milk in microwave (3 minutes) or stovetop (5 minutes).
- 2 Let cool for 1 minute. (Adding protein powder to very hot oats can clump.)
- 3 Stir in protein powder until smooth.
- 4 Top with Greek yogurt, sliced banana, peanut butter, and cinnamon.
Protein powder choice: whey isolate gives the cleanest texture; casein gets gummy. For dairy-free, swap to plant protein and almond milk.
