Ingredients

  • Rolled oats 1/2 cup (40g)
  • Water or milk 1 cup
  • Vanilla whey protein 1 scoop (30g)
  • Greek yogurt 1/4 cup
  • Banana 1/2 medium
  • Peanut butter 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon 1/2 tsp

Steps

  1. 1 Cook oats with water or milk in microwave (3 minutes) or stovetop (5 minutes).
  2. 2 Let cool for 1 minute. (Adding protein powder to very hot oats can clump.)
  3. 3 Stir in protein powder until smooth.
  4. 4 Top with Greek yogurt, sliced banana, peanut butter, and cinnamon.
Tips

Protein powder choice: whey isolate gives the cleanest texture; casein gets gummy. For dairy-free, swap to plant protein and almond milk.
