Ingredients
- Canned tuna in water 1 can (5 oz), drained
- Plain Greek yogurt 2 tbsp
- Mayo (light) 1 tsp
- Celery 1 stalk, diced
- Red onion 2 tbsp diced
- Dijon mustard 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- 1 Drain tuna thoroughly (press with a fork against the can lid).
- 2 Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir until evenly mixed.
- 3 Adjust seasoning. Serve over mixed greens, in lettuce wraps, or with whole-grain crackers.
Capers (1 tsp) add brightness. Avocado (1/4) replaces some of the dressing if you want healthier fats.
