Ingredients

  • Canned tuna in water 1 can (5 oz), drained
  • Plain Greek yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Mayo (light) 1 tsp
  • Celery 1 stalk, diced
  • Red onion 2 tbsp diced
  • Dijon mustard 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1 Drain tuna thoroughly (press with a fork against the can lid).
  2. 2 Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir until evenly mixed.
  3. 3 Adjust seasoning. Serve over mixed greens, in lettuce wraps, or with whole-grain crackers.
Tips

Capers (1 tsp) add brightness. Avocado (1/4) replaces some of the dressing if you want healthier fats.
